How do I get the free gift option?
Once your order total reaches $300, a “Sending this as a gift?” tick box appears in your cart. Tick it before you check out. It's free.
What does the gift option include?
We add a festive gift sticker to the parcel and leave prices off the packing slip. It isn't gift wrapping or a separate gift box.
Can I send the gift straight to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address and we'll deliver it to them.
Will the person I'm gifting see the price?
No. When the gift option is ticked, prices are left off the packing slip inside the parcel.
When should I order for Christmas?
We recommend ordering by 25 November. Delivery usually takes 7–18 business days after 1–2 days of processing, and can take longer over the holidays.
What if the gift needs to be returned?
