No. The Haironix cap uses low-level red light and is designed for comfortable, hands-free use. Some people feel a gentle warmth during a session, but it shouldn't feel hot or painful. If it ever does, stop using it and contact our support team.

To start a return, email support@tryhaironix.com first; parcels returned without an approved return request can't be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping and a $4.95 restocking fee is deducted from your refund. Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
