We're confident in the effectiveness of Haironix™. That's why we allow you to try the product for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. If you don't see noticeable improvement or you're simply not happy with your experience, you can return it for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Your return request must be made within 90 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in working condition, even if used.
- Original packaging is not mandatory but appreciated.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and if possible, a photo of the product.
Our team will guide you through the simple return instructions and share the return address closest to your location.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products returned after 90 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Unauthorized third-party purchases.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Haironix™ Cap arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Product Warranty
All Haironix™ Red Light Therapy Caps come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
