1 30-Day Return Policy

We're confident in the quality of Haironix™. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your experience for any reason, you can request a return — no complicated process, no runaround.

All customers also receive access to our 12-Month Results Support Program, which provides ongoing routine guidance and customer care to help you stay consistent with your red light therapy hair routine. This program is separate from the standard return policy.
Results vary. Individual outcomes depend on consistency of use and other personal factors.

2 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in working condition, even if used.
  • Original packaging is not mandatory but appreciated.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

5 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized third-party purchases

6 Damaged or Defective Products

If your Haironix™ Cap arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.

7 Product Warranty

All Haironix™ Red Light Therapy Caps come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
